Women's Committee

The Women's Committee of Big Brothers Big Sisters of Greater Miami is composed of over 100 remarkable professional and socialite women who are dedicated to raising funds to support our premier mentoring organization in Miami-Dade. The Women's Committee was founded in 1967 and has raised over $2 million dollars for our kids since that time.

Annually, the Women's Committee organizes and hosts two signature fundraising events: "Jazz at Joe's" and the "Miracle Maker's Luncheon & Fashion Show." The Women's Committee also plans an incredible Holiday Party for our Bigs & Littles in December, and numerous monthly activities for its members including luncheons, new member teas, "girls nights out," and other great "fun and friend" events.

Membership Information

Annual membership dues of $75.00. Members must attend at least three (3) committee meetings during each fiscal year and are responsible for contributing a minimum of $100 per year toward fundraising events (excluding planning luncheons).
